New Media & Society We recently announced Sage Publications' plans for an international journal, New Media & Society, the first issue expected to be out in April 1999. This interdisciplinary publication will examine the social dynamics of media and information change. It will engage in critical discussions of key issues arising from the scale and speed of new media development, drawing on a wide range of disciplinary perspectives and on both theoretical and empirical research..
